Explore the basics of project management, from creating project goals and building a plan to managing and closing the project.

This session is hands-on and based on industry-standard project management methodologies. Participants will:

*Determine what is a project and what is day-to-day operations
*Identify the 5 project phases and role responsibilities for each
*Complete template documents and learn tools for their project implementation

Target: Staff members charged with creating and implementing projects for their teams. The material is presented assuming the participant has a project in the pipeline or in mind.

Prerequisite: 40-minute LinkedIn Learning introductory session sent by email one week before in-person training.
