Jazz singer-songwriter Ava Preston is making waves in the music scene. Recently, she performed at the prestigious 2023 Monterey Jazz Festival in California, and was recognized as a 2023 YoungArts Finalist and Silver Award Winner for Jazz-Voice. She's also a Golden Flash.

The Wick family has a long history of philanthropy at 抖M女仆 that began in 1984 when brothers Bob and Walt Wick first established scholarships to support undergraduate poets at the university. This most recent gift of $1 million brings the family鈥檚 total lifetime commitment to the university to more than $3.5 million.
