U.S. Rep. Tim Ryan presented ¶¶MÅ®ÆÍ nursing major Austin Croft with the Congressional Award Silver Medal on Tuesday, Nov. 27. Mr. Croft, of Akron, Ohio, was recognized at a ceremony that took place at the College of Nursing where he was praised for his dedication to improving himself and his community.

The Ohio History Connection’s State Historic Preservation Office Awards has recognized ¶¶MÅ®ÆÍ with a 2018 Public Education and Awareness Award.

¶¶MÅ®ÆÍ students fill Risman Plaza in front of the Kent Student Center at the start of the fall 2018 semester. Once again, ¶¶MÅ®ÆÍ ranks in the top tier of the Best National Universities list released by U.S. News & World Report.

In a class by itself, ¶¶MÅ®ÆÍ is the only public university in Northeast Ohio to be ranked in the top tier of the Best National Universities list released by U.S. News & World Report.

Active Minds honors ¶¶MÅ®ÆÍ with a 2018 Healthy Campus Award for fostering a culture of health and wellness for students and the entire ¶¶MÅ®ÆÍ community.

¶¶MÅ®ÆÍ’s strategic focus on the health and well-being of students is receiving national recognition. Active Minds, a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising mental health awareness among college students, announced ¶¶MÅ®ÆÍ as a winner of the prestigious 2018 Healthy Campus Award.
