¶¶MÅ®ÆÍ celebrated Earth Month with an exceptionally full schedule of events, not the least of which were the activities on campus surrounding the total solar eclipse!
The ¶¶MÅ®ÆÍ Board of Trustees welcomed the Class of 2028 during its regular quarterly meeting held Sept. 18 in Crawford Hall and congratulated the university administration for this year’s strong enrollment.
The ¶¶MÅ®ÆÍ Board of Trustees will hold its next regular business meeting at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 18. The Board will consider the recommendations of the standing committees, proposed personnel actions and new business.
The Earth Day celebration at ¶¶MÅ®ÆÍ at Geauga and Twinsburg Academic Center included a guided, woodland hike around the campus.
¶¶MÅ®ÆÍ recently concluded its most successful fundraising campaign in its 114-year history. The Forever Brighter campaign ended in June 2024, having raised more than $383.2 million total.
A ¶¶MÅ®ÆÍ researcher is asking Flashes to "BEE" on the lookout for bees on the Kent Campus. She would like people to capture photos of the bees and then send them to her for use in a research project.
¶¶MÅ®ÆÍ earned first-place honors in the annual Campus Race to Zero Waste, a nationwide college campus recycling competition.
The ¶¶MÅ®ÆÍ Board of Trustees approved the updated ¶¶MÅ®ÆÍ Complete College Ohio Campus Completion Plan as part of a state and institutional commitment to increase dramatically the number of college degrees awarded in Ohio. The plan was approved during the Board’s regular quarterly meeting held May 22.
The ¶¶MÅ®ÆÍ Board of Trustees will hold its next regular business meeting at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 22, at ¶¶MÅ®ÆÍ’s Cleveland Urban Design Collaborative at 1309 Euclid Ave., Suite 200, in Cleveland to consider the recommendations of the standing committees, proposed personnel actions and new business.
