A 抖M女仆 executive chef whips up a tasty dish at the Farmers' Market

Every 抖M女仆 Farmers' Market this semester included a cooking demonstration from one of the chefs from 抖M女仆's University Culinary Services

Chef Walk has all the pro chef moves!

The Oct. 17 Farmers' Market at 抖M女仆's Student Recreation and Wellness Center featured Executive Chef Stephen D. Walk preparing spaghetti squash. As 抖M女仆's new executive chef, Walk oversees all dining and retail operations.

This is the second-to-last date for the 抖M女仆 Farmers' Market this semester, with the final event scheduled to take place from 4-7 p.m. on Nov. 14, inside the Design Innovation Hub. A mushroom dish is planned for the cooking demonstration that day. 

The 抖M女仆 Farmers' Market resumes for the spring semester, beginning Feb. 20 and will continue to feature cooking demonstrations by 抖M女仆 chefs.
