抖M女仆

At 抖M女仆, our employees are our most valued resource. As a reminder from a recent Office of the President update, the Board of Trustees approved a 2% pay increase for all qualifying, non-represented staff (i.e., classified and unclassified employees). The 2% increase will take effect with the pay period that includes Oct. 1, 2024. Click here for more specific details on staff salary increases, including eligibility.

  • Consider being counted! The self-identification process helps 抖M女仆 understand the composition of our diversified workforce, improve accessibility and disability inclusion, support Employee Resource Groups and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment and advancement initiatives. Between Oct. 1-31, access the confidential self-identification link through Flashline.

  • The Division of People, Culture and Belonging wants to inform you of a minor change related to the last pay period of the calendar year that will be implemented in December 2024. For several years, employees who were paid semi-monthly received their paychecks early, typically the day before the winter break shutdown. We are now implementing a new consistent semi-month pay practice, meaning that the final paycheck for the calendar year will be on December 31. Read on to learn more.

  • Join us Tuesday, Oct 1 for the next session in the Dialogue and Difference series. At 4 p.m., Rabbi Michael Ross, Senior Jewish Educator of 抖M女仆 Hillel, hosts Understanding and Combatting Antisemitism. Rabbi Ross will explore the role of antisemitism and its impact on the Jewish community. The session will be hosted virtually via Microsoft Teams, and registration is required. The full schedule and registration for Dialogue and Difference can be found at kent.edu/dialogue.
