The Division of People, Culture and Belonging wants to inform you of a minor change related to the last pay period of the calendar year that will be implemented in December 2024. For several years, employees who were paid semi-monthly received their paychecks early, typically the day before the winter break shutdown. We are now implementing a new consistent semi-month pay practice, meaning that the final paycheck for the calendar year will be on December 31. Read on to learn more.

Midterm grades are required for full-term (Aug. 19, 2024, through Dec. 8, 2024), lower-division undergraduate courses (levels 00000, 10000, 20000). Midterm grading began Sept. 9, 2024, via FlashFAST. Please remember that midterm grading applies ONLY to courses that meet for the full semester. The deadline for midterm grade submission is 11:59 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 7, 2024.
