The Open Enrollment period for the 2025 benefit year will begin on Monday, Oct. 14, 2024, at 8 a.m. and continue through Friday, Nov. 1, 2024, at 5 p.m. This is the time each year when we encourage you to take the opportunity to review your current benefit plan selections and re-evaluate your current and future benefits needs.
To aid in your 2025 coverage decision-making, the Employee Benefits team will hold Open Enrollment and Wellness Fairs at each campus. The Employee Benefits and Wellness team, as well as representatives from the university community and various benefits providers, will be present to answer questions. Flu Shots
Kent Campus Flu Shots
Flu shots will be available from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Kent Campus Open Enrollment fair, provided by the DeWeese Health Center Health. Click here to register. You can schedule and fill out paperwork online and then show up day of the event to get the shot. Walk-ins are also welcome!
