¶¶MÅ®ÆÍ is required to have and maintain a Storm Water Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Phase II Storm Water permit. As part of that permit, ¶¶MÅ®ÆÍ is required to develop best management practices (bmps) under 7 Minimum Control Measures (MCM).
