¶¶MÅ®ÆÍ’s Center for Sexual and Relationship Violence Support Services provided survivors of sexual or relationship violence the opportunity to heal by sharing their stories in a unique, visible way.
¶¶MÅ®ÆÍ invites all to pay tribute to those who have served in the U.S. armed forces and attend the university’s annual Veterans Day Commemoration. The event will take place at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 10, at Risman Plaza on the Kent Campus.

Some ¶¶MÅ®ÆÍ students who are first time voters expressed excitement as they hurried to class or the library on Oct. 31, 2022, a week before the midterm elections. Other students said they were voting, but they had not registered to vote before the deadline in Ohio which was Oct. 11, 2022, for the Nov. 8, election.
October marked Mental Health Awareness month at ¶¶MÅ®ÆÍ. Although October doesn't align with the National Health Observance calendar, it was chosen because the need for mental health support peaks during October, according to Recreation and Wellness Services.
¶¶MÅ®ÆÍ Today recently reached out to Michael Ensley, associate professor of Political Science, about what to watch for in the final weeks leading up to the November 8 election. Ensley sees the economy, immigration, crime and access to abortion as key issues for voters while also providing insight into polling.
The Conversation Partners Program at ¶¶MÅ®ÆÍ is a voluntary program that pairs international students with students from the United States for a once-a-week chat to discuss their different cultures.
